How to submit a ticket to the support team.




How to submit a helpdesk ticket:

  1. Go to www.parksidetech.com and select "My Account" from the upper right-hand corner
  2. Login with your account username and password
  3. In the Recent Support section of the client portal page, select Open New Ticket
  4. Select Support Department
  5. Fill in the required fields and click submit
